Flight Arrivals :
We offer São Paulo - Guarulhos International Airport Transfers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Transfers are via our 'Select' Shuttle.
(subject to your flight times transfers may be via the Hotel Shuttle Service)
Please note for your security ; you must NOT take a taxi to your Hotel if your flight is delayed, contact us.

Circuit Transfers : are offered on Friday - Saturday - Sunday at set times.
The Interlagos Circuit is just about 35 minutes from the hotel in normal traffic. São Paulo traffic means that we must depart early to the circuit each day.
Circuit access is restricted to your grandstand area and offers superb viewing for the spectator.

Tour Example
• Your travel team and hotel reception are on hand to assist with your excursions plans.
• Local Area : The Hotel is close to the Metro and local amenities including a shopping mall and entertainment complex.
We ensure that you are taken each evening to a range of local restaurants to ensure you enjoy Brazilian cuisine at its best.
• For those wishing to pay their respect we include a visit to Senna's grave during the weekend.
Wednesday : Flight Arrivals ; transfer to your Hotel, the remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy.

Thursday: Flight Arrivals ; transfers to your Hotel, the remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy.
'Welcome Meeting' : we offer you the opportunity to meet your other F1 travellers while relaxing with a 'Welcome Drink'.

Friday: After an early breakfast we depart to the circuit for the F1 track action.
F1 First session 10:00 - 11:30 | 11:55 - 12:25 Support Race practice | F1 Second session 14:00 - 15:30
We depart the circuit at 16:00 prompt returning direct to the Hotel.
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.

Saturday: After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 11:00 - 12:00 Third practice session then 14:00 - 15:00 Qualifying.
After the qualifying we make a prompt departure returning direct to the Hotel.

Sunday: After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
10:00 Support Race | 12:30 F1 Drivers Parade | 15:00 Formula One GP.
After the race we make a slow departure returning direct to the Hotel.

Monday - check out is by 10:30. Monday subject to your flight time we offer our return Airport Shuttle.
For late flights or departures another day then transfers will be via the Hotel Taxi service.
• Your Final Tour Itinerary is sent approximately three weeks prior to the event.
• Please Note : São Paulo is a very large city, caution must be taken at all times.
