Passing through scenic France, Belgium, Germany into Austria with its Mountains and views and on to Hungary. Relax and enjoy German Hospitality - Austrian Splendor & Hungarian Culture at it's best.
Day 1 - Monday : UK to Heßheim
Coach Check In : is from 07:30 as we depart London Victoria Coach Station at 08:00 prompt, making our way to Dover for our late morning Ferry crossing. The 90minute journey will allow you plenty of time for lunch and any shopping or currency changes.
We continue through France and Belgian and cross into Germany near Aachen.
We arrive mid evening at our Heßheim Hotel and recommend you book the late supper option.
Day 2 - Tuesday : Heßheim to Vienna
After breakfast we make a prompt departure to arrive in Vienna early evening and check into our Hotel. All rooms have private en suite facilities.
We offer a transfer into Vienna center so you can enjoy the evening and explore the many coffee houses, shops and museums.
There are many local restaurants and bars close by.
Day 3 - Wednesday : Vienna - Austria Free Day with no Coach Travel
After a leisurely breakfast why not take the tram to explore Vienna. You can travel by open carriage around the 'Opernring' and maybe book a concert. You can explore the many coffee houses, sample the pastries and shops. You can also visit the State Opera, Hofburg, Museums, Parliament, City Hall, Burgtheater and St. Stephan's Cathedral.
Why not take in an Opera Concert and have a late dinner. A late night is a must !
Day 4 - Thursday : Vienna to Budapest
Optional : Vienna to Budapest by boat - [ subject to 2012 Ferry Shedule ] Take the early Danube boat stopping at Bratislava on the way to Budapest. We greet you when you arrive in Budapest (this must be pre booked) please note this is a 5 hour journey.
By Coach : After a leisurely breakfast we check out the Hotel. We offer our excursion of the Vienna 'Ring' and then set you down to enjoy morning coffee Viennese style.
We depart Vienna late morning and travel direct to Budapest Center - journey approx 2hr 30mins. We allow time for you to sample the delights of Budapest.
Circuit, Pit Lane Walk about
Late afternoon we continue onto the Circuit giving you the opportunity to Walk the Pit Lane and sample the F1 atmosphere close at hand approx 17:30 to 19:00.
The Hungaroring F1 Circuit is fifteen miles from the city. This is a tight circuit and team tactics make this a challenge every time.
The Hotel :
We check into our F1 Hotel early evening, situated on the banks of the Danube. It has a swimming pool - sauna - patio - bar & restaurant. All rooms have balcony with private en suite facilities.
Local Restaurants - Evening Transfers - Excursion
There are several local restaurants close to the Hotel offering a range of traditional menu's.
Friday and Saturday we offer a Free Evening Shuttle to Budapest Center.
On Friday we offer an optional excursion to a traditional Hungarian Evening ( must be pre booked and paid ).
On Saturday we include a free Tour of Budapest by Night travelling to the Citadella for its night views over the City.
On Sunday we offer an evening transfer to Szentendre Village which is approx 10 minutes away so you can enjoy dinner with the locals.
Day 5 - Friday ; Budapest
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the F1 track action.
F1 First session 10:00 - 11:30 | 11:55 - 12:25 Support Race practice | F1 Second session 14:00 - 15:30.
We depart the circuit at 16:00 returning direct to the Hotel.
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.

Budapest Sights:
See Elisabeth Bridge, the City castle, the Royal Palace, Matthias Church (once a Mosque under Turkish rule) Hero's Square, Citadella and the Gothic Houses of Parliament which are modeled on the British Westminster Parliament . This fascinating City once the Capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire with it's turn of the century coffee houses and bars makes this a place to explore. Its post 2nd World War history was hidden from view behind the Iron Curtain and you will find many Museums and Galleries dedicated to this. The River Danube runs through the center splitting it into the Pest on one side and the Buda on the other.
Day 6 - Saturday ; Budapest
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 11:00 - 12:00 Third practice session then 14:00 - 15:00 Qualifying.
For the fans of GP2 we stay to see the Race *15:45 - 17:00.
After the Race we make a prompt departure returning direct to the Hotel.
Day 7 - Sunday ; Budapest:
After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
10:00 GP2 Second Race | 11:25 Porsche Supercup | 12:30 F1 Drivers Parade | 14:00 Formula One GP.
After the race we make a slow departure returning direct to the Hotel.
Day 8 - Monday ; Budapest to Schwabach
We make an early departure, time to relax and unwind after the weekends adventures.
We make frequent stops as required, arriving early evening at our Schwabach Hotel. The Hotel is family run and has a bar & restaurant, all rooms have private en suite facilities.
The town center with bars and restaurants is a short walk away, we offer a transfer by coach.
Day 9 - Tuesday ; Schwabach via Stuttgart to Heßheim
We make a prompt start to enjoy time in Stuttgart. We offer you the optional visit the Porsche or Mercedes Museum admission payable.
We depart late afternoon and continue onto our family run Heßheim Hotel with it's own vineyards.
It offers a great last 'stopover' - we include drinks before dinner so you can relax and share your memories with your fellow F1 friends.
Half Board 3 course set menu (£ ;18 Dinner Upgrade recommended ).
Day 10 - Wednesday ; Heßheim returning to the UK
We make a prompt early start and continue on our journey, arriving at Calais for our afternoon return sailing.
If time allows we will visit a Hypermarket for that last minute shopping. Our arrival in Dover is approx. 16:15 we arrive back in London Victoria approx 18.30.
