We offer two 3 night options.
• Coach 'A' option : 3 nights stay on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Coach 'B' option : 3 nights stay on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Tours Example :
Day 1 - Thursday : option 'A'
Arrive at Coventry Meadow Coach depot where you will be greeted by our UK Travel Team.
We then transfer you to our Hotel of your choice where you can check in from mid afternoon.
The remainder of the day is free for you to relax and explore Historic Coventry.
Day 2 - Friday:
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the F1 track action.
F1 First session 10:00 - 11:30 | 11:55 - 12:25 Support Race practice |
F1 Second session 14:00 - 15:30.
We depart the circuit at 16:00 returning direct to the Hotel.
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.
• Coach 'B' option : 3 nights stay on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Arrive at Coventry Meadow Coach depot where you will be greeted by our UK Travel Team.
We then transfer you to our Hotel of your choice where you can check in from mid afternoon.
The remainder of the day is free for you to relax and explore Historic Coventry.
Day 3 - Saturday:
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 10:00 - 11:00 Third practice session | 11:25 - 12:10 Porsche Qualifying |
F1 13:00 - 14:00 Qualifying Session.
For the fans of GP2 we stay to see the First Race 15:00 - 16:15 - 36 laps.
After the Race we make a prompt departure returning direct to the Hotel.
Day 4 - Sunday:
After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
09:30 GP2 Second Race - 24 laps | 10:45 Porsche Supercup - 14 laps |
12:00 F1 Drivers Parade | 14:00 Formula One GP - 60 laps.
• Coach 'B' option : After the race we return direct to our Coventry Hotels.
Sunday Night F1 Party - late return 'Transfer to Coventry' | £ 15 per person
• Coach 'A' option : You would have checked out of the Hotel on Sunday morning before departing to the circuit.
Your 'Select' Travel Team will ensure you board your correct Coach with your luggage for your onward return journey to London.
Day 5 - Monday : • for those on Option 'B'
Return Transfer to London Victoria Coach Station eta 12:00. For Airports use the National Express Airport Shuttle service or Tube from Victoria London.
Hotels : We offer two Hotel options
• Travel Lodge Style ; with restaurant and bar, all rooms have private en suite facilities with TV and Hot drinks provisions.
• 3* Hotel ; This family run Hotel offers good facilities including restaurant & bar.
All the rooms have private en suite facilities with TV, minibar and air conditioning.
