No Overnight Travel ( Holiday Tours ) :
These Tours are more of a Holiday Tour. They are Bed & Breakfast with Half Board Upgrade (Option) and offer great value especially when compared to other tour operators' prices.
For our European Mainland Coach Tours we cross the Channel via the Dover-Calais ferry.
For the Spanish, Monaco, European-Valencia and Italian - F1 Grands Prix we stay overnight at Chaumont (France).
For the Hungarian GP we offer a very 'Special Holiday Tour' stay overnight in Valkenburg Holland, Ansbach Germany, Vienna Austria and Trier in the Mosel Germany. We stay 4 Nights Budapest Center Click Here for the Full Tour details
For Le Mans we stay in Chartres, La Ferte Bernard.
For the Le Mans 24hr, British GP, French GP, German GP, and Belgium GP we offer Tours with NO Overnight Travel.
For the British GP, we offer several joining options.
London Tours start from Victoria Coach Station with M25 and M1 joining.
Northern Link Tours have many joining points, Manchester then M62 and M1.
Liverpool, Manchester Airport then M6 to Birmingham.
Please enquire for your Joining Point, final times will be advised 3 weeks before your Tour date.

Tours with some Overnight Travel :
By popular request we also offer the Spanish GP, Monaco GP, Le Mans 24hr, Italian GP and Belgium GP. These Tours have some Overnight Travel within the journey.
Hotels & Accommodation:
Ask anyone (names provided on request) who has traveled with us and they will tell you about the great family run hotels (3*) we use and their locations close to the circuits. Prices are quoted on a B&B Twin/Share basis - some single rooms are available at a slightly higher rate if you prefer.
Our Family run Hotels offer an excellent set menu 3 course Dinner - we recommend that you take the half board as it is such good value.

We supply Luggage Address Labels.
Tours Types :
HT Holiday Tours offer a chance to see All 3 Days F1 Action and support Races - they are slightly longer and all have No Overnight travel. We offer free excursions and special features with these Tours.
SB Short Break Tours offer a chance to see Saturday and Sunday F1 Action and support Races - they have No Overnight travel.
WE Week-Ender Tours - most Travel Direct to the Circuit and have some Overnight Travel.
CD Circuit Direct - these usually have some Overnight Travel. They are normally without accommodation and offer great value.
DH Double Header Tours - have NO Overnight Travel and give you the chance to enjoy Two Grand Prix Events with a break in between.

* Our Coaches *
Our coaches are of the highest standard and are operated by a British Company. They are members of 'The Confederation of Passengers Transport' and the 'Guild of British Coach Operators'.
- We have on board Toilets & Air Conditioning.
- Video plus P.A Systems - travel in comfort.
- Meal and comfort stops will be made.
- We operate a no Smoking Policy on all our coaches.
- We offer on board Tea & Coffee and soft drinks at a very small charge.
- Fridge/Cool Box.
- Adjustable Seats with safety belts.
We operate an allocated seating policy so that those traveling together can be seated together.
Ferry Travel:
On our Coach Tours we cross the channel via the Dover Calais route. We must now provide Full Passenger Information to the Ferry Company as part of the EU Travel Regulations. We must have the Full Name of everyone travelling - Gender and Age.
Please ensure that you provide this information when booking your Tour.

We offer Coach Travel Insurance Cover - but if you have your own cover then we must have a copy of your Travel Insurance details.

We strongly recommend that you take out our policy when you book your holiday - that way you have the peace of mind of knowing you have quality cover AND an excellent service.
By taking out our policy it is easier for our own representative to look after you in the event of problems.
* General Information *
Passport & Visa:
Please ensure that you have a Valid Passport and any Visa Documents required for YOU to travel. All U.K. citizens must have a full 10 year passport before leaving the U.K. (with 6 months validity from the date of return for certain worldwide destinations). Non EC passport holders may need visas for certain countries. Passengers should check with the appropriate embassy or consulate to ascertain any visa requirements and the time needed to obtain them. Select Motor Racing cannot accept responsibility for passengers travelling without the correct documentation and we strongly advise all clients to either carry their passports with them or lock them in a hotel security safe throughout their Tour.
Non-European Passport Holders:
Please ensure that you have a Valid Passport and any Visa Documents required for, you will need to complete a Landing Card for Immigration for almost all Countries that you arrive into.
Health Requirements:
On all travel to Member States of the EC it is advisable to carry with you a completed form E111. This form is available from the Post Office and entitles you to free or reduced cost emergency state medical treatment in the EC. Vaccinations may be advisable for some countries. Please consult your GP at least two months before departure for advice. Select Motor Racing recommend that you refer also to the Department of Health leaflet "Health Advice for Travellers" which is available at main post offices or by telephoning 0800 555 777.

Your Race Ticket is not included in the Tour Price. Travel Insurance is not included in the Tour price.

Tour Guarantee:
All Coach tours are subject to minimum Tour numbers - in the unlikely event of your tour being cancelled you can either have a full refund, or we guarantee you a place on an alternative tour to the same event (ie) by Air. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
