Flight Arrivals :
Frankfurt Hahn Airport ; Transfers on Thursday or Friday - use the Airport Shuttle to Trier. Subject to your flight arrival time, you may need to use a taxi at your expense.
Other Airports : Luxemburg ; (HCT) Hotel & Circuit Transfers Package for individuals. Use the Airport Bus Shuttle or take the train to Trier then a taxi to the Hotel.

Circuit Transfers : are offered on Friday - Saturday - Sunday at set times.
The Nurburgring Circuit is just over an hour away in normal traffic and offers good viewing for the spectator.

Thursday : Our Coach Tour arrives from the UK with your 'Select Motor Racing' Travel Team.

'Welcome Meeting' : we offer you the opportunity to meet your other F1 travellers while relaxing with a 'Welcome Drink'.

Friday: After an early breakfast we depart to the circuit for the F1 track action.
F1 First session 10:00 - 11:30 | 11:55 - 12:25 Support Race practice | F1 Second session 14:00 - 15:30. We depart the circuit at 16:00 returning direct to the Hotel.
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.

Saturday: After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 11:00 - 12:00 Third practice session then 14:00 - 15:00 Qualifying.
For the fans of GP2 we stay to see the Race *15:45 - 17:00.
After the Race we make a prompt departure returning direct to the Hotel.

Sunday: After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
10:00 GP2 Second Race | 11:25 Porsche Supercup | 12:30 F1 Drivers Parade | 14:00 Formula One GP. After the race we make a slow departure returning direct to the Hotel.

Monday - check out is by 10:30. Hahn Airport ; take the Airport Shuttle - please allow extra time as the journey is just over an hour.
