Flight Arrivals :
We offer Nagoya 'Centrair' Airport Transfers on Wednesday and Thursday for our (ETP) Fully Escorted Tour Package. Airport & Circuit Transfers are via our 'Select' Shuttle.

For 2012 we will again offer ;
Our 'Japan F1 Budget' Package, utilizing Japan Railway for Airport & Circuit Transfers.
You are greeted at the Airport by our UK Travel Team, we then transfer you to your Hotel.

Circuit Transfers : on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are best via the local train. We also operate our Shuttle service from Suzuka Station to the Circuit and our VIP Shuttle.
Your UK Travel Team are on hand throughout your Tour and ensure you fully understand the Circuit Transfer arrangements.
The Suzuka Circuit offers great grandstand viewing for the spectator and good facilities.

Wednesday arrivals - this event offers you several excursions. Travel by Shinkansen Train to Tokyo or Kyoto.
'Welcome Meeting' : we offer you the opportunity to meet your other F1 travellers while relaxing with a 'Welcome Drink'.
We present you with your Grand Prix Travel Pack containing Event Information, Race Tickets and 'Paddock News' update.

Friday: After an early breakfast we depart to the circuit for the F1 track action.
F1 First session 10:00 - 11:30 | 11:55 - 12:25 Support Race practice | F1 Second session 14:00 - 15:30
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.

Saturday: After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 11:00 - 12:00 Third practice session then 14:00 - 15:00 Qualifying. For the Fans of Asia GP2 we stay to see the Race *15:45 - 17:00.

Sunday: After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
10:00 Asia GP2 Second Race | 11:25 Asia Porsche Supercup | 12:00 F1 Drivers Parade | 13:30 Formula One GP.

Monday - check out is by 10:30. Monday subject to your package and flight time we offer our return Airport Shuttle.
For late flights or departures another day then transfers will be via the Airport Express train.
