Your UK 'Select Travel Team' are on hand to assist you throughout your Tour.
Flight Arrivals : we include your return Hotel transfers subject to your flight times.
We will detail your transfer arrangements in our Final 'Tour Itinerary'.
'Welcome Meeting' : we offer you the opportunity to meet your 'Select Travel Team' and other F1 Travelers while relaxing with a 'Welcome Drink'.
We present you with your Grand Prix Travel Pack containing Race Tickets and Event Information. We include Media Press updates with all the 'Paddock News'.

Circuit Transfers : via our 'Select Shuttle' service on Friday - Saturday - Sunday
- Tuesday 7th October
Example : Depart on scheduled airline to Centrair Airport Nagoya, Japan.
- Wednesday 8th October Arrival or Thursday arrival option - please enquire.
Upon your arrival our Select 'Travel Team' await to greet you, they will be on hand to
assist you throughout your Tour and travel with you to both Grand Prix's.
Transfers/Hotel to your Hotel are included, our hotels are located in Fuji and Shimada City, Shizuoka 'Fuji' Provence. The Hotels are centrally located close the the railways, with restaurant and bar with a traditional Japanese bath. All rooms have private ensuite facilities with air conditioning.
- Thursday, Friday, Monday - days at leisure to relax and explore.
Your Select 'Travel Team' are on hand to assist with your travel excursions and tourist information if required.
Free day's - why not take an excursion. Travel by Shinkansen Train to the cities of Nagoya, Koyoto or Tokyo.
You can also take the local rail system to Mount Fuji. Alternatively relax and enjoy the day at your leisure.
Thursday: we invite you to join us and your other F1 Travellers for evening Cocktails & 'Paddock News'.
Circuit Transfers : We offer our return shuttle service from your hotel to your connecting Circuit Transfer Bus that takes you direct to the circuit.
Friday: You can enjoy the day as you please. The F1 track action starts with two practice sessions.
Optional Excursion your UK Travel Team are on hand to assist you in planning your trips.
Saturday: Depart early to the circuit for the F1 track action and Qualifying.
Sunday: Depart early for the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
Monday: Free Day - why not take an excursion, alternatively relax and enjoy the day at your leisure.
- Tuesday 14th October to China
We depart Nagoya Airport mid morning to Shanghai China. Your Travel Team remain with you throughout, our local interpreter 'Darren Lee' will be on hand to ensure you get the maximum Shanghai experience.
You have the option to travel into the Center on the 'World's Fastest Train' you rejoin our Coach at the end.
Transfers/Hotel to your Hotel are included, our quality 3* plus Shanghai Hotel is centrally located. The Hotel has restaurant, lounge bar, Fitness Center including Massage and Shops. All rooms have private ensuite facilities with air conditioning.
Dinner each evening 'Darren Lee' will offer you the option to enjoy Shanghai by taking us to a local restaurant so we can enjoy the local cuisine. You are free to enjoy the eveneing as you wish.
- Wednesday & Thursday
Two days at leisure to relax and explore. Your Select 'Travel Team' are on hand to assist with your travel excursions and tourist information if required.
Wednesday free day to relax. Why non explore the Nanjing Road and enjoy the Shopping.
Thursday - Excursion with Lunch. We include a Tour giving you a Shanghai City overview including the Jade Buddha Temple, and a leisurely walk along the Bund (the colonial riverside).
Optional excursion are available Darren Lee is on hand to assist you at all times.
- Friday - Saturday - Sunday
Our 'Circuit Shuttle' departs (50kms from Shanghai City - our Tourist Coach is licensed to drive directly into the Circuit) for those wishing to enjoy the track action and Grand Prix - alternatively you are free to explore at your leisure.
Friday: You can enjoy the day as you please. The F1 track action starts with two practice sessions.
Saturday: Depart early to the circuit for the F1 track action and Qualifying.
Sunday: Depart early for the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
Monday 20th October
Departures: Your return Airport Transfer is offered at the times shown on your Final Tour Itinerary which is sent approximately three weeks prior to the event.
