Your UK 'Select Travel Team' are on hand to assist you throughout your Tour.

Flight Arrivals : we include your return Hotel transfers subject to your flight times.
We will detail your transfer arrangements in our Final 'Tour Itinerary'.

'Welcome Meeting' : we offer you the opportunity to meet your 'Select Travel Team' and other F1 Travelers while relaxing with a 'Welcome Drink'. We present you with your Grand Prix Travel Pack containing Race Tickets and Event Information. We include Media Press updates with all the 'Paddock News'.

Wednesday 4th April
Example : Depart the UK on scheduled airline from Heathrow.
Wednesday - Arrival or Thursday arrival option
Upon your arrival our Select 'Travel Team' await to greet you, they will be on hand to
assist you throughout your Tour and travel with you to both Grand Prix's.
Transfers/Hotel to your Hotel are included, our Quality Inn near KL Center has restaurant, lounge bar and Swimming Pool. All rooms have private ensuite facilities with air conditioning.

Thursday: Your UK Travel Team greet you at the Airport, most flights arrive early morning. We transfer you to your Hotel where you can check in and refresh.
The day is free for you to enjoy, we invite you to our 'Welcome Meet' as above.
Your Select 'Travel Team' are on hand to assist with your travel excursions and tourist information if required.
Friday: You can enjoy the day as you please. The F1 track action starts with two practice sessions.
Saturday: Depart early to the circuit for the F1 track action and Qualifying.
Sunday: Depart early for the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
Monday and Tuesday - Two days at leisure to relax and explore.
Monday: We offer our excursion into Kuala Lumpur Center. There are several excursions offered your Travel Team are on hand to assist you at all times. See Independence Square, Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Royal Palace and National Mosque.
Tuesday: A range of optional excursion are offered as organized by the Hotel. Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and explore.

Wednesday 11th April to Bahrain
We depart Kula Lumpur mid morning to Bahrain. Your Travel Team remain with you throughout.
Transfers/Hotel to your Hotel are included, our quality 3* Manama Hotel is centrally located. The Hotel has restaurant, lounge bar, Fitness Center including Massage and Shops. All rooms have private ensuite facilities with air conditioning.
Thursday & Friday - Two days at leisure to relax and explore.
Your Select 'Travel Team' are on hand to assist with your travel excursions and tourist information if required.

Thursday: Enjoy Manama City with its culture as old meets new, take time to explore the local markets. Its all within walking distance from your Hotel.
A range of optional excursion are offered as organized by the Hotel. Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and explore. We invite you to our evening 'Welcome Meet' as above.
Friday - Saturday - Sunday

KL (as it's almost universally known) may appear to be just another modern Asian city of gleaming skyscrapers, telecommunications tower that stands 421m (1.381 ft) tall. Even higher, the twin Petronas Towers in the Ampang district took the title of the world's tallest building in 1996. But it retains much of the character and has plenty of colonial buildings in its centre, a vibrant Chinatown with street vendors and night markets, the bustling Little India, Bintang Walks and many more.
