Your 'Select Travel Team'
On Thursday your 'Select Motor Racing' Travel Team arrive. We look forward to greeting you at the Hotel and giving you your Select F1 Team Pack containing
Event Information and your Race Tickets.
Day 1 - Thursday:
Arrivals; Transfer to the Hotel. Check in is from 14:00.
You can join our London Coaches on Thursday or Friday departing at 12:30. Alternatively use National Express 'Airport' connections to our Coventry Hotels.
Hotel - We offer two Hotel Options with Free Hotel Parking.
- Travel Lodge Style ; with restaurant and bar, all rooms have private en suite facilities with TV and Hot drinks provisions.
- 3* Hotel ; This Hotel offers good facilities including restaurant & bar.
All the rooms have private en suite facilities with TV, minibar and air conditioning.
Day 2 - Friday:
After a late breakfast we depart for the circuit arriving in time to see all the F1 action. After the last F1 practise session we return to the Hotel. Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.
Day 3 - Saturday:
We depart early for the circuit and the F1 action and Qualifying, returning after the GP2 race. Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.
Day 4 - Sunday:
We depart early for the circuit, arriving in time to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix. We depart direct to the Hotel after the race.
Day 5 - Monday Departures:
Return Airport Transfer . . . . we offer our Airport Transfers to Luton Airport eta 10:30 and Central London 'Victoria Coach Station' eta 12:30.
This shuttles gives you National Express Airport connections to Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow.
Please ensure that you have booked your taxi with the Hotel reception ( if applicable ) to connect with National Express Airport connections for Birmingham and Manchester Airports from Coventry
