This Tour offers you the chance to enjoy the Le Mans 24hr with Night Qualifying,
see Drivers Parade, enjoy Friday Circuit Walkabout, 3 nights Hotel with an overnight Sunday departure to the UK Return.

Day 1 - Thursday:
Coach Check In : is from 06:30 as we depart London Victoria Coach Station at 07:00 prompt, making our way to Dover for our mid morning Ferry crossing. The 90minute journey will allow you plenty of time for refreshments and any shopping or currency changes.
We make a quick Pit Stop at a Calais Hypermarket giving you the chance to top up on any provisions you may need for the weekend or the journey.

Your UK 'Driver Team' of Kevin and Martyn will continue through France via Rouen direct to Le Mans so you can enjoy the 'Night Qualifying' - please ensure that you have provisions for the evening.
After qualifying we continue onto your Chartres Hotel for check in, time to crash out.

Hotel   Our Hotel is family run and has good facilities including restaurant & bar -
all the rooms have en suite facilities. Locals restaurants and bars are close by.

Day 2 - Friday:
We depart the Hotel after a leisurely breakfast to Le Mans Circuit.
You can enjoy the Circuit and Pit Lane Walk, why not take time to visit the Sarthe Museum. We transfer late afternoon to Le Mans Center for you to enjoy the traditional evening drivers parade. During this time you can enjoy dinner in Le Mans Center.
We depart late returning direct to the Hotel.

Day 3 Saturday:
We depart for the circuit early giving you the chance to see the Support Race and giving you time to enjoy the build up. This year the 'Race Start' time will be 15:00. We recommend that you look at KTV ( click on the link above ) so you can keep upto date with all the action.
Our Coach will be closed from 14:00 as we all depart to see the start - re opens 16:30.
Please Note ; this Coach is used for our Circuit Excursions from 17:30 until 21:30, should you need to rest during this time you can use one of our other Coaches.

Enjoy our BBQ and catch up with your friends and plan the night ahead
ie ! do I don't I ! - go back to the Hotel.

Your Coach departs the Circuit at 23:00 prompt to your Hotel for your to refresh and rest. If you prefer you can stay at the Circuit, you will be allocated a Coach for your nights rest. Please note ; the Hotel Bar and Restaurant will be closed when we arrive.

Day 4 - Sunday:
Check out the Hotel ; during a leisurely breakfast we update you on the Overnight Race Progress. We depart the Hotel to the circuit at 08:00 so you can see the days remaining action.
Enjoy the Race Celebrations, we depart the circuit at 18:30 so you can enjoy the track invasion.
We retrace our outward journey making a lengthy stop for dinner giving you the chance to refresh and change.
While you rest and sleep the night away we continue onto Calais making a further comfort stop enroute.
2012 Ferry Schedules have changed slightly and being one of Calais busy nights we allow extra time for British Passport Control.

Day 4 - Monday:
If time allows we will visit a Calais Hypermarket for that last minute shopping.
For 2012 our return Calais sailing is 04:30. Our arrival in Dover is approx. 05:00 we arrive back in London Victoria approx 07.15. Connecting National Express Coach Services operate from 06:00.
