        Le Houx, Maison Blanche, Houx Annexe, Blue Sud & Nord, Karting Nord.
  • *Pitches available from Sunday the previous weekend to Monday by noon. If you stay longer a local charge applies
  • Prices : per Pitch not per day or per person (1 Vehicle/Car = 1 Pitch with Tents)

    NOTES and HOSPITALITY - LE MANS

    NOTE
    (This is 2011 information; we are awaiting ACO confirmation of points for 2012)

    a. To enter the circuit you must hold either a general enclosure ticket OR a bends enclosures ticket, the latter only being valid for the Mulsanne and Arnage bends. The general enclosure ticket will get you into the bends enclosures but the bends enclosure ticket does not get you into the general enclosures at any time. Only the general enclosure ticket will get you into the fairground and the area known as 'Le Village'. Both tickets admit you to practice sessions earlier in the week without additional charge.

    b. The grandstands & camping areas; Le Houx, Maison Blanche, Karting Nord, Beausejour, Houx Annexe, Interieur Musee, Dairon, Pincenardiere & Garage Vert are within the general enclosure area; all therefore require a General Enclosure ticket not a Bends enclosure ticket. The Bleu Sud and Nord, Expo, Arnage, Mulsanne and Tetre Rouge camping areas are outside the circuit.

    c. Accompanied children under 16 at the start of the race are admitted free of charge (see also note(i) You will need to produce either a passport or identity card.

    d. *All camping areas are available from the Sunday before the race until the following Monday(tbc, see n). Parking is included for one vehicle, within the camping emplacement (7m x 5m). The quoted price is per emplacement for the whole period, not per person or per night.
    if your allocated pitch is not vacant when you arrive ie Sunday to Wednesday then you may have to set you as instructed and move on the Wednesday to the allocated pitch/area.

    e. Grandstands are numbered from Saturday morning

    f. Reserved parking places are numbered on Saturday and Sunday. Camping is forbidden in car parks.

    g. Parking is also available in the red, expo, blue and green unreserved areas, and white reserved area.

    h. Keep your general enclosure ticket with you at all times as it will be scanned upon exit & re entry to the circuit. v i. Camping areas and car parking tickets are sold by us only with general enclosure tickets for all vehicle occupants. Tickets for the grandstands are also sold only with a general enclosure ticket, unless the seat occupant is a child under 16 years old, for which the price will be quoted on request. See also note (c) above.

    j. The pit walkabout includes general enclosure and pit walkabout (at times to be confirmed) for all practice sessions before the start on Saturday. Grandstand seats may be purchased at special prices, available on request . Unaccompanied children are forbidden.

    k. All camping areas will have toilets and running water, and showers except Garage Vert, which has no showers, Interior Musee has neither shower nor toilets.

    l. Le Houx, Maison Blanche, Karting Nord, Blue Nord, Bleu Sud and Houx Annexe are all numbered plots in the camping areas.

    m. The total occupied space must correspond to the number of passes bought. The vehicles must show the total number of passes corresponding to the total space occupied in the camp site. v n. Camp sites in 2011 were open from Sunday afternoon before the race until the following Monday with the exception of PZ54, Mulsanne & Arnage which did not open until Wednesday (2012tbc)

    o. The Test Day will be on the 3rd June 2012..
