    We list below details on How to Book - Payment options - Travel Insurance.

  • Making a Booking
    We much prefer to talk to you or you can email us your booking information.
    All Tours can be booked online by completing the Tour Booking / Enquiry Forms - just scroll the Tour page or click on the link.

  • Provisional Booking 'Invoice'
    We post and or email you our ProForma 'Invoice'. If there is any information that we require it will be asked at this time.

  • Payment
    Booking Deposit consists of the following :
    1. Tour Package : This is £50 per person unless within 10 weeks of the event and then the full amount is required. You can also make Payments on account or pay the invoice in full.
    2. Race Tickets : Race Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
    Balance of Payments, this is normally 10 weeks before the Event.

  • Payment Options by :
    a. Cheque by Post or at Bank made payable to Select Motor Racing
    There are two ways, the safest and quickest option is at a Lloyds TSB Bank as there will be no post delays
    1. Take your Cheque to any Lloyds TSB Bank and pay this to our account, simply quote your name as the payment reference.
    2. You can also post your Cheque to Select Motor Racing [Admin Center] 2 Saxon Court, Back Walls, Stow On The Wold, Gloucestershire. GL54 1DR.
    b. Bank Transfer - we will provide you with this information
    c. Credit Card for your security and ours we offer the following
    * Card payment at a Bank paying direct into our account - no card handling fee (your card provider may have a cash advance fee).
    ** Card payment via PayPal - a 3.5% handling fee is made for this type of payment.
  • We do not take your Card details over the phone.

    RECEIPT: Upon receipt of your payment/deposit we will notify you by email or text message, printed statements on request.

    TRAVEL INSURANCE:

    This required for all persons on our Travel Packages in case of an Emergency or if you need Medical Care.     Please Note by making a payment you are accepting our terms and conditions. You must have a valid Passport and Visa [ if required ] - [ click here ] Travel Advice and Information.
    What Next
  • Please Note: Your Tour Itinerary will be confirmed 3/4 weeks before the event by email or post.
  • For Race Ticket only bookings, your tickets will be sent by special delivery 10/14 days before the event.
  • If you are on a Tour and require your tickets before joining then please advise us as a £12 special delivery fee applies.
