At Select Motor Racing we take your privacy concerns seriously and are committed to protecting it. Our privacy statement sets out how we will treat your personal data that is collected through our website, what you send us in the post and while speaking to you. Where ‘you’ is referred to in the policy, it shall mean you and every member of your party. Please ensure that everyone in your party reads this policy and our Terms and Conditions and agrees that you act on their behalf in dealing with us.
Some booking information we collect may be “personal data” (for example 'special requirements' relating to disability, diet, health or religion) in which case we will only collect, retain and pass it on with your consent to complete arrangements on your behalf.
We never send your details to a third party for promotion their products and/or services. Your details are used only to offer Select Motor Racing products and services.
Who else will we give your details to?
We may also disclose your information to public authorities (e.g. customs/immigration), to companies associated with your booking ie Travel Insurers, Hotels, ticketing agencies, credit card company, airline and when we need to do so by law to make a disclosure. The information may be provided to companies outside the European Economic Area where data protection may not be as complete as they are in the UK.
On all email communications and direct marketing you are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving future such communication.

Our website contain links to other website sites, please note we are not responsible for the content or services you. Most browsers (for example Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) can erase cookies from your hard drive, please refer to your browser's help screen for your settings and security.

Data Access Request
You can ask us by letter what details of yours are being held and for what purpose and whom they may be or have been disclosed. There is a maximum charge of £10 for this service and we will respond to legitimate requests within 40 days of receiving your written request and fee.
