For your added security and peace of mind, we operate an Insurance Bonding Scheme.
All Client Payments are held in a bank controlled Client Account with Lloyds/TSB Bank in the UK. This means that these funds can and will only be used to complete arrangements made for you by us. We also have additional cover provision with a 'Combined Liability and Professional Indemnity' Insurance Policy for Tour Operators and Travel Agents, this is part of our compliance with the EEC 1992, Travel Package Regulations.
Travel Insurance
All clients traveling with Select Motor Racing must be covered by Travel Insurance against loss of money & luggage, medical expenses, cancellation charges in the event of illness prior to departure, etc. Other optional benefits could cover for redundancy qualifying for statutory payment. If taking out Select Motor Racing Insurance cover you must pay the policy amount at the time of booking otherwise cancellation and illness claims will not be considered by the Insurance Company.
Flights we offer a 'Find a Flight' Booking Service
If you need help with Flights we are only to pleased to assist.
Our Travel Package, allow you to travel when you want while having the benefits of a secure Motor Racing Travel Package.
Flights can be booked by you. If we can book a flight on Your behalf, please note the following;
- Tickets remains yours at ALL times.
- Flights must be paid using your Payment Card.
- Flight Payments are made direct by you to the Airline ( not via our account).
- Tickets are Booked in Your Name and sent by the Airline Direct to You.
- Flights do NOT form any Part of our Travel Packages.
- Flight Only Bookings cannot be made.
- We are not an 'Internet Only' Company - we welcome your phone calls and can provide testimonials from a large number of satisfied clients over the past 12 years.
