We look after clients from around the World, so no matter where you live we can arrange flights so you can enjoy our Travel Package.
For your added peace of mind we always contact you before you travel, you will have our Tour Managers contact mobile number, full Tour Itinerary with Hotel address and details.
If you book our • ETP : Fully Escorted Tour Package this includes ;
• Hotel
• Return Airport Transfers
• Return Circuit Transfers
Your UK based 'Select Travel Team' will be at the Airport to meet and greet you.
Full details of where to meet will be given in your Final Tour Itinerary.
We must have your Mobile Number in case your flight is delayed, if your flight is significantly delayed then you may need to use a taxi to the Hotel at your expense.
If you book our • HCT : Hotel and Circuit Transfers then your Tour Starts at the Hotel, this includes ;
• Hotel
• Return Circuit Transfers.
Your UK based 'Select Travel Team' will be at the Hotel to meet and greet you.
WRC Events : We include return Transfers to the Stages and Cerimonal Start / Finish.
Our 'Find a Flight' Booking Service
We understand that there are so many cheap flight deals available at just a click when you are on line, Flights can be booked by you and added to our 'Land Travel Package'.
If you need help with Flights we are only to pleased to assist, we added nothing to the cost of the flights.
So that we can provide a quotation please advise the following ; you can also complete the 'Booking / Enquiry' Form for each event.
• The Motor Racing Event you wish to see
• Your location - so we can see what airports you can depart from
• Preferred dates of travel
• Number of persons - with names if possible
How it Works : Just add Your Flight to Our Travel Packages
If you book your own flight, please advise us of your dates and flight information to confirm that we can accommodate your Airport Transfer times (if applicable).
If we Book a Flight on your behalf
• Tickets remains yours at ALL times.
• Flights must be paid using your Payment Card.
• Flight Payments are made direct by you to the Airline ( not via our account).
• Tickets are Booked in Your Name and sent by the Airline Direct to You.
• Flights do NOT form any Part of our Travel Packages.
- Flight Only Bookings cannot be made.
