General Itinerary - (2008) Stages and Times to be advised
- On arrival at the Airport you are greeted by your 'Select Rally Team'
who will present you with your Rally Pack and Escort you to your Shuttle.
- Your UK 'Select Rally Team' are complemented by our Swedish expert who's local knowledge each year ensures we get to the best stages.
- Rally HQ is in Karlstad & Service in Hagfors.
- You will see key stages each day including the Super Special Stage in the Arena. We include a visit to service to see the teams and drivers in action.
- Rally Passes included giving you access to the Key Stages including Super Special Stage and Service Area. Hospitality Upgrade available see Gold Package.
Gold & Silver Escorted Tours - with upgrade options
5 night Option Arrive Wednesday
Our shuttle departs at 12:30 ( having met the incoming Ryanair flight ). The journey time is approx 4 hours ( 250 km). We make a comfort stop en route.
We arrive at your resort Hotel in plenty of time to check in before dinner.
Thursday Shakedown & Ceremonial Start included with the 5 night package.
4 Night Package arrive Thursday

Friday - Saturday - Sunday
After breakfast we depart early to view the legendary stages of Rally Sweden ( wrap up warm ). The stages have been selected by your Select Rally Team to offer you the best of the days action.
The following Stages and times relate to 2007 - 2008 details to be updated
Friday
We view the morning stage and visit service around lunch time. Late afternoon we take you to see SS7 Hagfors Sprint, this starts about 5pm.
We return to Karlstad about 9pm.
SS7 Hagfors Sprint - Hospitality Upgrade in our VIP Lounge
- For the SS7 Hagfors Sprint we include Swedish style buffet with 2 drinks.
- VIP access viewing from our stand, of the finish line and last 3rd of the stage.

- WRC rally simulator
- Live Music - 'Rally Rock' from the 60's
You will arrive from 4pm - stage starts 5pm - dinner served from 6pm.
Saturday
We depart at 07:30 to see stage SS10 Fredriksberg which starts about 11:20. We re visit service to see the teams in action. We continue to SS14 Hagfors Sprint 2 which starts at 5:15pm and then return direct to Karlstad.

- VIP Parking and Spectator viewing area
- Live Rally commentary to keep you in touch with the action
- See classic 'Viking Fights' ( you can dress up as well )
- 'Old Time Barbecue' serving hot food and of course Swedish Coffee by the fire.
SS14 Hagfors Sprint - Hospitality Upgrade in our VIP Lounge
- VIP access viewing from our stand, of the finish line and last 3rd of the stage.
- Big Screen Rally information
- Hot dogs and Swedish Coffee by the fire.
Sunday
We make a late start to view the best of the days action. We return to Karlstad in time to enjoy the Ceremonial Finish and join in the celebrations.
Monday
After a leisurely breakfast we depart to the Airport for your return flight connection, making a lunch stop en route.
No matter which Package you have 'Selected' we will ensure you are looked after from Start to Finish - we want you to Book again

2008 Escorted Tour
- Skavsta Airport - with Ryanair Ex Stansted (UK).
Wednesday : Our Shuttle departs at 12:30 meeting the Ryanair Flight FR52 from London Stansted.
Other Flights and Airport Hotels :
Please enquire for other departure Airports and flight times.
UK Stansted Hotel : Close to the Airport with Transfers to and from the Terminal.
You may wish to arrive in the UK on Tuesday so you can take the Wednesday FR52 Ryanair Flight - please enquire for Stansted Hotel details.
Arrive Tuesday - Sweden Hotel : Close to the Airport, please enquire as we will collect you from our nominated Hotel.
Monday Airport Transfers : Our shuttles arrives in time for your Return Flight
( FR55 departs 17:05 ) later flights are available - please enquire.
- Please check your Final Flight times with Ryanair who often make late time changes.
