Our Gold Star Tour
This Tour offers you 5 nights Hotel with breakfast and a relaxed by day UK Return. Thursday Day / Night Qualifying, Friday ; Drivers Parade, Circuit Walkabout, Car Cruise at Saint Saturnin, Arnage Village dinner.
Day 1 - Wednesday
UK Travel to ChartresTour Check In : by 06:15 as we depart London Victoria Coach Station at 06:30 prompt, making our way to Dover for our mid morning Ferry crossing. The 90minute journey will allow you plenty of time for refreshments and any shopping or currency changes.
We depart Calais and continue through France via Rouen where we make a comfort stop. We arrive Chartres early evening in time to refresh before dinner.

Hotel Our Style Couldray Hotel has good facilities including bar.
All the rooms have modern en suite facilities.
Sunday End of Tour Group Dinner option is offered, for other nights please use the many local restaurants close to the hotel.
Close to the hotel is a local Supermarket where you can top up on any provisions you may need for the weekend.
Hotel breakfast is included on all our tours at set times to allow for early departure.
Circuit Transfers at set times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Transfer times ; Chartres Hotel(s) are over an Hour (127 km).
Please Note ; Coach Parking is now in the QUEST [ Old Camping Blue Nord area ].
Day 2 - Thursday
Circuit Transfer - Late returnBreakfast is from 06:30, we depart at 08:30 to Le Mans Circuit, for the days track action and Qualifying sessions.
Please remember your Night Qualifying / Circuit Night Kit. We depart the Circuit at 23:45 Prompt, returning to your Hotel.
Day 3 - Friday
Circuit Transfer - Late returnWe depart after breakfast at 09:30 to Le Mans Circuit setting you down close to the main entrance.
You can enjoy the Circuit and visit the Sarthe Museum.
In 2024 there was 4hrs of track action with the Fun Cup famous Beetles. Then there is time for a Circuit Walk.
We continue, to drive parts of the circuit, to Mulsanne / then continue to Saint Saturnin for the 'British Car Cruise' and atmosphere.
Mid afternoon we depart to Le Mans Centre 'set down point' for those wanting to enjoy the traditional evening drivers parade.
20:30 we depart Arnage Village collecting folks at the Le Mans Centre 'set down point' then depart 21:00 direct to our Chartres Hotels.
Day 4 - Saturday
Circuit Transfers - Chartres night return optionWe depart for the circuit after breakfast, this gives you time to explore the Circuit and enjoy the race build up.
You can then if you wish return to the Coach Park to rest and prepare for the coming track action, or explore the Circuit and enjoy the race build up.
This year the 'Race Start' time will be 16:00.
Our Coaches will be closed from 14:00 as we all depart to see the start - re open 17:00, they are then used for our Coach Excursion.
Coaches return at 22:30 and remain open for rest throughout the night.

Sunday morning 08:00 SMR Coach Village 'Continental Breakfast' catch up with your friends - please enquire.
Your Coach departs the Circuit at 23:00 prompt to your Hotel for you to refresh and rest. If you prefer you can stay at the Circuit, you will be allocated a Coach for your nights rest. Please note ; the Hotel Bar and Restaurant will be closed when we arrive.
Day 5 - Sunday
Travel to the Circuit optionsDuring breakfast we update you on the Overnight Race Progress. We depart the Hotel to the circuit at 08:00 so you can see the days remaining action.
After the Race Celebrations we depart the circuit at 17:30 and return to our Chartres Hotel to refresh and relax over dinner.
Day 6 - Monday
Chartres return to UK2025 after an early breakfast the Coach departs at 07:00 arriving at Calais for our early afternoon return sailing.
Our arrival in Dover is approx. 15:00 we arrive back in London Victoria at approx 17:30.
