This Tour offers you the chance to enjoy the 'Full Monty' Le Mans Experience
Scrutineering, Drivers Autograph Session, Practice, Qualifying, Circuit Walkabout, Drivers Parade, Car Cruise at Saint Saturnin, Arnage restaurants visit, Chartres centre.
• For Le Mans Circuit / Centre use the Metro as required, for the days 'Test Day' track action / payable locally - Friday to Wednesday

Day 2 - Friday

The 24 Hours of Le Mans, has a packed schedule lined up, starting with the Scrutineering sessions on Place de la République in Le Mans city centre.
Le Mans Transfers
Breakfast is from 06:30 each day, we depart at 08:30 to Le Mans Circuit using the Metro as required for the days Scrutineering.

For Le Mans Circuit / Centre use the Metro as required, our Travel Team explain the Metro and Travel with you today. Ticket payable locally

Day 4 - Sunday

Circuit Transfers
Breakfast is from 06:30 each day, depart to Le Mans Circuit using the Metro as required, for the days 'Test Day' track action.

Day 6 - Tuesday

Le Mans and Circuit Day
After breakfast depart to Le Mans Circuit.
Among the trackside events, the popular Drivers Autograph Session / Pitwalk walk, much to the delight of the many fans who enjoy gathering to chat with drivers and catch a glimpse of their cars.
Early evening why not visit, take a group 'Uber' to the R`Hunaudières, in the town of Ruaudin to enjoy the historic cars, dinner and local atmosphere.

For Le Mans Circuit / Centre use the Metro as required, ticket payable locally

** Times TBC ; our shuttle will depart the Circuit ANTARES Metro Terminal for a Circuit Drive-Walk, stopping at and Mulsanne for refreshments.

Day 8 - Thursday

Le Mans Circuit to Chartres Late arrival
We check-out after breakfast, loading your luggage into the Coach. You then depart to Le Mans Circuit, for the days track action and Qualifying sessions.
Please remember your Night Qualifying / Circuit Night Kit as your luggage will have traveled onto to Chartres.
We depart the Circuit at 23:45 Prompt, traveling with the Coach Gold Tour group to your Chartres Hotel.

Chartres Hotel
Hotel   Our Chartres Hotel has good facilities including restaurant & bar.
All the rooms have modern en suite facilities.
Close to the hotel is a local Supermarket where you can top up on any provisions you may need for the weekend.
Hotel breakfast is included on all our tours at set times to allow for early departure.

Circuit Transfers
at set times on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Transfer times ; Chartres Hotel(s) are over an Hour (127 km).
Please Note ; Coach Parking is now in the QUEST [ Old Camping Blue Nord area ].

Day 10 - Saturday

Circuit Transfers - Chartres night return option
We depart for the circuit after breakfast, this gives you time to explore the Circuit and enjoy the race build up.
You can then if you wish return to the Coach Park to rest and prepare for the coming track action, or explore the Circuit and enjoy the race build up.

This year the 'Race Start' time will be 16:00.
Our Coaches will be closed from 14:00 as we all depart to see the start - re open 17:00, they are then used for our Coach Excursion.
Coaches return at 22:30 and remain open for rest throughout the night.

Sunday morning 08:00 SMR Coach Village 'Continental Breakfast' catch up with your friends - please enquire.

Your Coach departs the Circuit at 23:00 prompt to your Hotel for you to refresh and rest. If you prefer you can stay at the Circuit, you will be allocated a Coach for your nights rest. Please note ; the Hotel Bar and Restaurant will be closed when we arrive.

Day 12 - Monday

Chartres return to UK all passengers return to the UK by Coach.
2025 after an early breakfast the Coach departs at 07:00 arriving at Calais for our early afternoon return sailing.
Our arrival in Dover is approx. 15:00 we arrive back in London Victoria at approx 17:30.

Monday post LM24 | Normandy Beaches 'Adventure Tour'

After a relaxed breakfast we depart Chartres to Bayeux in time for lunch. Early afternoon we check-in to our Bayeux Hotel for 2 night stay.
We continue to visit the WW2 Cemetery and Museum. You have free time to explore the City and enjoy a relaxed dinner.

Tuesday | Normandy Beaches 'Adventure Tour'

We breakfast early to experience and step back in time and hit the Beaches, pay our respects.
Visiting ; Arromanches - Gold, Longues-sur-mer, Omaha, Pointe du Hoc, Utah.
We have dinner at Sainte-Mère-Église. Returning late to the hotel.

Wednesday | Normandy Beaches 'Adventure Tour'

After breakfast we check-out and depart to see Juno and Sword beaches. We continue to Pegasus Bridge, taking time to explore the museum.
We make a late lunch stop visit https://en.letouquet.com/ before our UK return Calais Crossing.
Our arrival in Dover is approx. 17:30 we arrive back in London Victoria at approx 20:00.
