About Booking
  • Use this 'Form' if you wish our Chartres or Le Mans Hotel Packages
  • Chartres Hotel offers Circuit Transfer with our UK Coach Tour Group

  • Arrive by Air or Train option

  • Self Drive - with or without Channel Crossing
  • Enter your vehicle details and travel dates to make a booking
  • Leave the Channel Crossing section blank if you are booking direct yourself

  • Race Tickets must be purchased with these packages

The Booking Form ; is split into sections, simply complete the sections that apply.

  • 1.   From the drop down's complete booking type and Coach Tour joining. Passenger APIS - email us seperatley.
  • 2.   Enter Room - passenger names / room type / etc. Extra names or if you wish to join the End of Tour Group Dinner in the comments box.
  • 3.   Race Tickets advise ; Grandstands [GA] General Admission or Hospitality.
  • 3.   Tour Extras advise ; Saturday Circuit Excursion | Sunday Circuit Coach Breakfast.
  • 5.   Complete the Invoice contact / address section with Mobile number for use on Tour.
  • 6.   Finally add any booking comments / prefered payment option. We then email you the invoice for checking.
