NOTES and HOSPITALITY - LE MANS
NOTE
a. To enter the circuit you must hold either a general enclosure ticket OR a bends enclosures ticket, the latter only being valid for the Mulsanne and Arnage bends. The general enclosure ticket will get you into the bends enclosures but the bends enclosure ticket does not get you into the general enclosures at any time. Only the general enclosure ticket will get you into the fairground, concerts, autograph session on Tuesday, the Pits visit on Friday and the area known as 'Le Village'. Both tickets admit you to practice sessions earlier in the week without additional charge. (in the designated area)
b. The grandstands & camping areas; Le Houx, Maison Blanche, Tertre Rouge, Beausejour, Houx Annexe, Interieur Musee, Dairon, Pincenardiere & Garage Vert are within the general enclosure area; all therefore require a General Enclosure ticket not a Bends enclosure ticket. The Bleu Sud and Nord and Expo camping areas are outside the circuit General Enclosure. Arnage and Mulsanne require either a Bends Or General Enclosure ticket.
c. Accompanied children under 16 at the start of the race are admitted free of charge for the entrance into the circuit (see also note(i)) You will need to produce either a passport or identity card.
d. All camping areas are available from the Sunday morning before the race until the following Monday morning ( see n). Parking is included for one vehicle, within the camping emplacement (7m x 5m). The quoted price is per emplacement for the whole period, not per person or per night. Using/requiring more surface area will imply to purchase the correct number of pitches. Every vehicle Must bear a ticket in order to enter an area.
e. Grandstands are numbered and reserved from Saturday morning. Children under 8 are free of charge and must stay on an adult's lap.
f. Reserved parking places are numbered and you must adhere to your allocated position. Camping is forbidden in car parks.
g. Parking is available in the red, expo, blue and green unreserved areas, and white reserved area, from Wednesday.
h. Keep your general enclosure ticket with you at all times as it will be scanned upon exit & re entry to the circuit.
i. Camping areas and car parking tickets are sold by us only with general enclosure tickets for all vehicle occupants. Tickets for the grandstands are also sold only with a general enclosure ticket, unless the seat occupant is a child under 16 years old, for which the price will be quoted on request. See also note (c) above.
j. The pit walkabout includes general enclosure, permanent access to the paddock area and pit walkabout for all practice sessions until 3.00pm as well as grid walk before the start on Saturday(at times to be confirmed). Grandstand seats may be purchased at special prices, available on request . Unaccompanied children are forbidden, however accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pit walk, this is free to a child under 16 years old.
k. All camping areas will have toilets and running water, and showers except Garage Vert, which has no showers nearby , Interior Musee has showers and toilets nearby.
l. Le Houx, Maison Blanche, Blue Nord, Bleu Sud and Houx Annexe are all numbered plots in the camping areas.
m. The total occupied space must correspond to the number of passes bought. The vehicles must show the total number of passes corresponding to the total space occupied in the camp site.
n. Camp sites in 202 will open from Sunday morning before the race until the following Monday with the exception of PZ54, Mulsanne & Arnage which will not open until Wednesday.
o. The Test Day is two weeks before the event on the Sunday.
p. Scrutineering will be in Le Mans City Centre.
q. Practice and Qualifying Wednesday and Thursday.
r. Drivers Parade Friday before the event, Le Mans City Centre from 17:30
s. Concerts, free for General Enclosure ticket holders.
