Payment Options and How to Book
- Making a Booking
We much prefer to talk to you or you can email us your booking information.
All Tours can be booked online by completing the Tour Booking / Enquiry Forms - just scroll the Tour page or click on the link. - Provisional Booking 'Invoice'
We post and or email you our ProForma 'Invoice'.
If there is any information that we require it will be asked at this time. - Payment
Booking Deposit consists of the following :
1. Tour Package : Tour Deposit per person: we require a £ 100 for European Events and £ 200 for Worldwide Events to secure your place. To secure the booking you can make a full payment or the deposit amount. The balance must be paid within 10 weeks of the event. You can also make Payments on account.
2. Race Tickets : Race Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. - Payment Options by :
a. UK Bank Cheque by Post or at Bank made payable to Select Motor Racing
There are two ways, the safest and quickest option is at a Lloyds TSB Bank as there will be no post delays
1. Take your UK Cheque to any Lloyds TSB Bank and pay this to our account, simply quote your invoice number or name as the payment reference.
2. You can also post your Cheque to our Select Motor Racing [Admin Center] details as per our invoice.
b. Bank Transfer - we will provide you with this information
c. Credit Card for your security and ours we offer a PayPal option.
* Business Card payment, we will send you a PayPal Credit Card link so you can make a secure online payment. - PayPal Fees ; please note that this payment method incurs a 3% card fee for Europe and 5% fee for Rest of World.
- If you have a PayPal account UK we send you a link.
- *Updated March 2021 ; No Card Charge Backs are allowed for these card payments and any refunds due will be made by bank transfer.
3. Non UK Payments :
When paying from Non UK Bank Accounts ie Checking / Credit / Debit a payment charge is added to cover the incoming funds UK Bank charges.
You must pay any sending charges made by your bank plus £8.00 UK charge.
** Card payment at a Bank paying CASH direct into our account - no card handling fee
(your card provider may have a cash advance fee).
We do not take your Card details over the phone.RECEIPT: Upon receipt of your payment/deposit we will notify you by email or text message, printed statements on request.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
- In case of flight / travel delays
- In case of illness while on tour
- In case you are unable to travel / join the tour
- Loss of possession
Please note that the arrangement of travel insurance is a completely separate transaction from your travel booking.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any travel concerns.

What Next - Please Note: Your Tour Itinerary will be confirmed 3/4 weeks before the event by email or post.
- For Race Ticket only bookings, your tickets will be sent by special delivery 10/14 days before the event.
- If you are on a Tour and require your tickets before joining then please advise us as a £20 UK special delivery fee applies.

- All information and accompanying information and price list is published in good faith and believed to be correct at the time of the brochure and price list or lists going to press.
We ask that all passengers that travel on our tours must be adequately protected with travel insurance.
