Some booking information we collect may be 'personal data' (for example 'special requirements' relating to disability, diet, health or religion) in which case we will only collect, retain and pass it on with your consent to complete arrangements on your behalf.
We never send your details to a third party for promotion their products and/or services.
Your details are used only to offer Select Motor Racing products and services.
Who else will we give your details to?
We may also disclose your information to public authorities (e.g. customs/immigration), to companies associated with your booking ie Travel Insurers, Hotels, ticketing agencies, credit card company, airline and when we need to do so by law to make a disclosure. The information may be provided to companies outside the European Economic Area where data protection may not be as complete as they are in the UK.
On all email communications and direct marketing you are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving future such communication.

You can ask us by letter what details of yours are being held and for what purpose and whom they may be or have been disclosed. There is a maximum charge of £10 for this service and we will respond to legitimate requests within 40 days of receiving your written request and fee.
