Our Tours TICKET Terms & Conditions are set out and designed to fully help you understand your responsibility and what we offer. Your Grandstand Ticket is probably the most important aspect of your visit to a Motor Racing Event. It also gives you the chance to see other types of Motor Racing during the supporting events.
Booking with Select Motor Racing ensures that you are offered a Large Range of the Best Grandstand Seats available for each Event. We have a good knowledge of the circuits and will be pleased to help and advise on seats and standing areas.
Grand Prix Events in Europe ; Due to the volatile 'Pound' and 'Euro' Currency exchange rate, should the rate collapse below 1.08 then we reserve the right to quote you on the Ticket Price at the time of booking.
Other World Currency rates will be advised should these also be effected beyond the normal allowances.
HOW TO BOOK:
Simply book by telephone, fax or e-mail. Choose which grandstand or viewing area (always have a second option to mind, especially when booking late) you prefer from our listing.
We will confirm Ticket availability or offer you an alternative. We will then email or post you our Sales Order detailing your booking with your booking reference. Grand Prix Tickets, are not secured until payment has been made in full. We will send you by Post or Email a receipt Invoice confirming your booking Tickets secured and a contract had been made between us.
However, in the very unlikely event that we are unable to secure the precise Grandstand/Area confirmed, we undertake to provide an alternative of equal, upgraded or acceptable value.
What can go Wrong ;
a. If you delay in making a payment your first Ticket choice may then not be available though you have paid. In such cases we will offer you an alternative.
b. Having advised you that we can offer the Tickets of your choice by phone, fax or email and subsequently Tickets are not available, we will offer you an alternative or try and obtain the Tickets of your choice through other agents.
If we cannot offer you acceptable Tickets then no compensation is available in such circumstances.
c. If we advise you by phone, fax or email that Tickets are available and we send you our Sales Order/Invoice and that Ticket availability is subsequently not available but you make a prompt payment and you do not except the alternative we will refund you your payment in full. No compensation is offered in such circumstances.
d. If through factors beyond our control, Select Motor Racing has to cancel or materially alter booked arrangements, they will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative. Factors beyond our control mean any event which the supplier of a service could not have predicted or avoided, even after taking all reasonable care, such as War, Threat of War, Act or Threat of Terrorism, Riots, Civil
Unrest, Industrial Action, Nuclear or Natural Disasters, affected by 'Force Majeure', Adverse Weather conditions, Fire, change or removal of a Grandstand, amendments to the viewing facilities or names, or change of access arrangements and any other reason or circumstance outside their control. If unable to offer an alternative of similar value their liability will be limited to the full amount of refund of all monies.
e. If we do not send you a Sales Booking/Invoice within 48 hours after advising you by phone, fax or email that the Tickets of your choice are available then you must contact us to be advised on alternative Ticket availability. Good Faith we will always try and assist in securing the Grand Prix Tickets, of your choice.
* AGENTS FEE:
When booking any of our Motor Racing Travel Package no Agents Fee is payable - a Postage Fee may be added if applicable (see charges below). Tickets Service we can now obtain a limited number of tickets for other sporting events, please enquire.
BOOKING EARLY:
Booking early is a must for Formula One, Le Mans 24hr, MotoGP and World Superbikes as they are such a popular world-wide sport.
For Le Mans 24hr if a ticket prices have not been confirmed we accept a £ 60.00 per person deposit or a £ 100 per Pitch for Le Mans 24hr. This holds your ticket and includes our (* Agents Fee). If the seat price increases by more than 10% you have the option of cancelling without any charge. (see Cancellation Charges).
Race Tickets,:
Grand Prix & Event Tickets, for Events that have confirmed ticket prices we require the amount in full at the time of booking. Tickets and documents are always despatched at your risk and are sent by special delivery, the cost for this is shown on the booking form. However with some circuits the Grand Prix Tickets, do not reach us until about seven days prior to the event. If you depart before the
tickets are available we can make special arrangements with the circuits for collection there. Quoted Prices : Please note that prices on our Website are subject to Ticket availability. To satisfy demand tickets maybe sourced from other Authorised Agents, we will advise any change in price on our Pre-Booking Invoice. You will then have the opportunity to change your Ticket booking or cancel without obligation.
PRICES - TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All prices given for Race Tickets, are fully inclusive, no further charge is made for normal telephone calls fax etc. Contained in each schedule of our prices is an indication of each ticket face value. The difference in that face value and the selling price represents provision for currency fluctuation, speculative loss on unsold tickets to ensure availability, operating costs, VAT (if
applicable) and profit margin. Collectively known as the booking fee. We are also continuing to offer our no surcharge guarantee when payment has been made to us in full. Tickets purchased direct from the circuit will always be your cheapest option. By making a booking in the capacity of being an agent from another company then that companies conditions apply.
CHARGES:
The published ticket price as listed for each Event plus any special delivery charges. Race Ticket Only Bookings : We charge an Agents Fee * per Booking this is non refundable. Delivery of Tickets for added security as tickets cannot be replaced we despatch tickets via Registered Post within the UK or UPS for Worldwide delivery. An additional Postage Charge is made for Ticket Only Bookings. If we are requested to send tickets to an overseas address, this
will be done by courier service the additional cost will be advised. Any bank charges that are incurred by Select Motor Racing for cheques re-presented or dishonored will be added to your account. Please Note : Grand Prix Tickets, ; a prompt payment by return is required to secure your booking as offered above. Upon receipt of your payment we will reconfirm your Booking and your choice of Grand Prix Tickets, by posting you a receipt Sales Invoice which is your booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION - Grand Prix Tickets,: All cancellations must be made in writing and the Agents Fee * will not be refunded. Published Ticket Prices - If a client wished to cancel the application for Grand Prix Tickets, he must confirm so in writing. If an event is canceled by the Promoter / Motorsport Organization then tickets maybe transferable to a new event date, if the event is canceled then any refunds will be at the Race Ticket 'Face Value' and subject to exchange rate / currency adjustment. Select Motor Racing will make every effort to resell the tickets. If tickets are not resold no refund will be made to the client. If tickets are resold the Monies received by Select Motor Racing in the resale less a fee of 25 per cent will be refunded to the
client.
LOSS OF TICKETS:
Select Motor Racing will not be responsible for or liable to replace at its cost tickets which are mailed by them at the request of the client. Where so ever possible it will seek the co-operation of the principal for replacement which will be at the cost of the client if so required by the principal.
DELIVERY of Grand Prix Tickets,:
Tickets are normally sent by Special Delivery to the Invoice address, approximately 2/3 Weeks before the Event, however please note that in some instances it can be a late as 7 days before the event. We will not be held responsible for any claims or cost relating to tickets being delivered after this time.

PAYMENT METHODS: All Payments are in £ pounds sterling unless requested.
Bank Transfers - (by paying into a Lloyds Branch where no charge will be made for this service. A narrative [your name and booking reference] must be written on the payment slip).
Non UK Bank Payments - When paying from Non UK Bank Accounts ie Checking / Credit / Debit a payment charge is added to cover the incoming funds UK Bank charges. You must pay any sending charges made by your bank plus £7.00 UK charge.
UK Bank Cheque or Building Society Cheque - All UK cheques must be made payable to Select Motor Racing (Client Account).
Postal Orders - excepted no Cash (Not even by Registered Post).
Credit Card The new EU ruling for Personal Credit or Debit Cards means no card processing fee is added by us.
We of course still have a charge from our processing providers.
For your security and ours we offer the following
* Card payment at a Bank paying direct into our account - no card handling fee.
** Card payment, we will send you a secure link to pay by PayPal.
We do not take your Card details over the phone.
However there is a 3.5% minimum card fee for non UK account transactions and Company Payment cards.

New Updated Terms March 2021 ; No Card Charge Backs are allowed for these payments and any refunds due will be made by bank transfer.
