Event Confirmed for 2028 - 2030 - 2032

Statement ; Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Montmeló), 16 February 2026. The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, which has hosted 35 editions of Formula 1 since its inauguration in 1991, will remain on the calendar beyond 2026, when the previous contract was due to expire. The renewal has been signed by representatives of Circuits de Catalunya, SL - a company majority-owned by the Government of Catalonia and attached to the Department of Business and Labour - and Formula One World Championship Limited (FOWC), regarding the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix as a round of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the years 2028, 2030 and 2032 in addition to the event scheduled in 2026.
The races in Barcelona will be in rotation with the Grand Prix at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, which will take place in 2026, 2027, 2029 and 2031.
