General Tour Itinerary - EXAMPLE

Day 1 - Wednesday Arrive Budapest 'Ferihegy' Airport
Flight Arrivals ; transfer to your Hotel, the remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy.
Budapest 'Ferihegy' Airport has two terminals, use the Airport 'Transfer Service' on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday to your Hotel.
After check-in the remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy. Your travel team and hotel reception are on hand to assist with any excursions.
Your UK Travel Team look forward to greeting you at the Hotel with the UK Coach Tour group on Thursday.
Day 2 - Thursday Arrival Day - Free Day
Airport Transfers as above. A relaxed breakfast and Budapest calls to be explored, a free for you to relax and enjoy.
Pre Book optional Pit Lane Walk Excursion. Late afternoon we continue onto the Circuit giving you the opportunity to Walk the Pit Lane and sample the F1 atmosphere close at hand approx 17:30 to 19:00.

Its post 2nd World War history was hidden from view behind the Iron Curtain and you will find many Museums and Galleries dedicated to this. The River Danube runs through the Centre splitting it into the Pest on one side and the Buda on the other.
CIRCUIT TRANSFERS
The Hungaroring F1 Circuit is fifteen miles from the city.This is a tight circuit and team tactics make this a challenge every time.
F1 Start Times therefore the tour transfer times will be adjusted [ local time]
Friday ; Practice 1 13:30 - 14:30 | Practice 2 17:00 - 18:00 | Saturday ; Practice 3 12:30 - 13:30 | Qualifying 16:00 - 17:00 | Sunday ; Race 15:00
Day 3 - Friday Circuit Transfers
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the track action, support session and F1. Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.
F1 First session 14:00 - 15:00 | Support Race practice | F1 Second session 17:00 - 18:00.
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.
Day 4 - Saturday Circuit Transfers
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 13:00 - 14:00 Third practice session then 16:00 - 17:00 Qualifying.
For the fans of F2 we stay to see the Race. After the Race we make a prompt departure returning direct to the Hotel.
Day 5 - Sunday Circuit Transfers
After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
F2 Second Race | Porsche Supercup | F1 Drivers Parade | Formula One GP Start 15:00.
After the race we make a slow departure returning direct to the Hotel.
Day 6 - Monday UK Travel Team and Coach depart
Hotel check out is by 10:30. We wish you a safe onward journey. Take the return Airport Shuttle - please allow extra time as the journey is just over an hour due to traffic. Pre Booked Transfers - at your expense.
