The Hotels
We offer modern comfortable hotels close to an excellent choice of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.
The 3* Ibis or 4* Novotel and 4* Holiday Inn.
All Hotel rooms have private en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Rooms have TV with tea/coffee making facilities. A buffet breakfast is included.

All Hotels ; Parking is available and payable locally.
Southampton / Goodwood is about 45 minutes due to local traffic delays.

Thursday Circuit Transfer

After breakfast we offer an optional transfer to Goodwood Circuit. [ this must be pre booked extra £50 per person + race tickets ].

Saturday and Sunday

After breakfast our coach/shuttle departs extra early at 07:30 to Goodwood for the day's track action.
We return you to the hotel at the end of the day's events.
Sunday, being the last day we stay late to enjoy the end of day atmosphere and to allow traffic to depart.

Bring your Wellies !   It's always a good idea to have them in the boot of your car.
Why not check out an advance weather forecast for the weekend so that you are prepared for any eventuality. The Festival has experienced both scorching sun and torrential rain, so the best advice we can give is to be prepared for anything!
Dress Code !   As the Festival is an open air event held primarily in parkland, comfortable shoes and casual clothing is best. Always bring some light wet weather clothing as, even in summer, the British weather can be unpredictable! If you will be using our corporate hospitality pavilions, then smart casual dress is required.
How can you follow the event !   A free event earpiece radio is included in the price of the official printed programme. This is pre-tuned to the event's dedicated station, Radio Goodwood on 87.7fm. This radio enables you to hear all of the live action and results the moment they happen.
