Zandvoort is a beach resort located near Amsterdam and is known for its magnificent dunes which separate the track from the North Sea.
The original track, as well as Suzuka, was designed by Hans Hugenholtz and is very different from modern circuits. With quite some elevation change, high speed corners and technical sectors the track doesn't provide much room for error.
