Weekend Motorsport Coach Tour
2027 - we offer our 3 night Escorted Tour stay based in Historic Chartres or Le Mans Nord Hotel.
Cathedral of Chartres is built on the Eure River and the town celebrates the rich history of life on the river.
Le Mans ; The penultimate meeting of the BTRC is a firm favourite among competitors and spectators alike as it takes the series to the legendary Le Mans in France.
First featuring on the schedule back in 2024, this year marks the third consecutive season that the BTRC has traveled to mainland Europe to take on the challenging Bugatti layout of Circuit de la Sarthe.
Playing its part on what is an epic weekend of truck racing, the BTRC will stage a qualifying session and two races across the Saturday and Sunday.
Also competing over the course of the weekend will be the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship and French Truck Racing Championship.

This Tour offers you the chance to enjoy the Le Mans 'Truck' Racing with the comfort of a Hotel, and by day UK Return.
Day 1 - Friday
UK Travel to ChartresTour Check In : by 06:15 as we depart London Victoria Coach Station at 06:30 prompt, making our way to Dover for our mid morning Ferry crossing. The 90minute journey will allow you plenty of time for refreshments and any shopping or currency changes.
We depart Calais and continue through France via Rouen where we make a comfort stop. We arrive Chartres early evening in time to refresh before dinner.
Chartres Hotel
Hotel Our Chartres Hotel ; all the rooms have modern en suite facilities.
Dinner ; use the many local restaurants close to the hotel.
There is a local Supermarket where you can top up on any provisions you may need for the weekend within walking distance of the hotel.
Hotel breakfast is included on all our tours at set times to allow for early departure.
Circuit Transfers at set times on Saturday and Sunday. Transfer times ; Chartres Hotel(s) are over an Hour (127 km).

Day 2 - Saturday
Circuit Transfers - Chartres night return optionWe depart for the circuit after breakfast, this gives you time to explore the Circuit and enjoy the race build up.
Saturday evening we stay late for the Fireworks. Your Coach / Shuttle departs the Circuit at 22:45 prompt to your Hotel, in time for a few drinks at the bar.
Track Action
The trucks competing in the Championnat de France Camions FFSA, the Goodyear FIA ETRC and the British Truck Racing Championship line up on the start/finish straight alongside their teams. The commentator introduces all the drivers before La Marseillaise echoes around the Bugatti Circuit.
Day 3 - Sunday
Travel to the Circuit optionsAfter breakfast we depart the Hotel to the circuit at 08:00 so you can see the days remaining action.
After the Race Celebrations we depart the circuit at 18:45 and return to our Chartres Hotel to refresh and relax over dinner.

Final appointment before Race 3: the six fastest drivers from Q5 go head-to-head in the final qualifying session
After a first impressive appearance the previous day, nearly 250 decorated trucks return to the Bugatti Circuit for another spectacular and festive exhibition.
The British drivers go head-to-head one last time to end their competitive weekend on a high note. This final battle !
Day 4 - Monday
Chartres return to UKAfter an early breakfast the Coach departs to Calais for our early afternoon return sailing.
Our arrival in Dover is approx. 14:00 we arrive back in London Victoria at approx 16:30.
