Austin, Texas is known as the "Live Music Capital of the World". Venues feature live music ranging from Blues, Country, Reggae, Tejano, Jazz and Rock.
Tour Packages we offer two locations for our Tours, this allows for different 'American' experiences. Stay in busy Austin or enjoy 'traditional' local Buda or New Braunfels with an abundance of leisure and recreation activities, this gateway town to the Hill Country offers small-town charm with modern activities.

General Tour Itinerary - EXAMPLE

Day 1 - Wednesday Arrival Day - Greet and Meet
Your UK Travel Team arrive with our Route 66 Road Trip Tour group. Phoenix, AZ to Austin, TX
Arrive by Air Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
We look forward to greeting you at the Airport / Hotel late evening.
Flight Arrivals ; pre booked private transfer to your Hotel, after check-in the remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy.
Day 2 - Thursday Austin - Circuit Excursion - Pit Lane Walkabout
We offer our morning transfer to Austin so you can enjoy the Cities F1 build up and have lunch.
We make a visit to the San Marcos 'Outlet' centre for those last minute purchases.
We arrive Austin Centre in time to explore and take in the Grand Prix build up.
[ Subject to Passes *TBC ] Mid afternoon we visit the circuit for the Pit Lane and Circuit Walkabout. This is a great 'Fan Friendly' event as you get to see the drivers at autograph sessions during the weekend.
We return to Austin Centre to enjoy a 'Traditional American' night out on 6th Street. We depart at 22:30 direct to our hotel.
Alternatively enjoy your free day.
CIRCUIT TRANSFERS
F1 Start Times therefore the tour transfer times will be adjusted [ local time]
Friday ; Practice 1 12:30 - 13:30 | Sprint Qualifying 16:30 - 17:14 | Saturday ; Sprint Race 12:00 | Qualifying 16:00 - 17:00 | Sunday ; Race 14:00
Day 3 - Friday Circuit Transfers / Free Day
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the F1 track action. F1 First session | Support Race practice | F1 Second session.
We depart the circuit, returning direct to the Hotel. We offer our New Braunfels or Gruene evening excursion to enjoy the music and restaurants.
Alternatively the day is free for you to relax and enjoy.
Day 4 - Saturday Circuit Transfers
After breakfast we depart to the circuit for the days track action.
F1 Third practice session then Qualifying. For the fans of F2 we stay to see the Race.
We make a prompt departure returning via Austin centre [ set down if requested ] then onto the Hotel.
** We offer our Late Shuttle [ pre book now ] for those wanting to stay late for the Super Stage lawn access for Queen + Adam Lambert.
Day 5 - Sunday Circuit Transfers
After breakfast we depart to the circuit, to see the support races, Drivers parade and the Grand Prix.
F2 Second Race | Support Races | F1 Drivers Parade | Formula One GP Start.
Post Race 'Track Invasion', we then make a slow departure stopping for dinner before arriving at the Hotel.
Day 6 - Monday Check Out / Depart
After a relaxed breakfast. All Hotels check out is by 10:30. We wish you a safe onward journey.
Subject to your flight time on Monday, we offer our return Airport Shuttle at set time.
For late flights or departures another day then transfers will be via Airport Super Shuttle and must be pre booked, at your expense.
Alternatively take our AM Airport Transfer and then the local downtown shuttle to explore Austin.
